Our CPR/AED courses are designed for anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies in the workplace or for their general interest. The online blended course format is designed for those with busy schedules, making it a great way to learn First Aid and CPR skills at home while still gaining extensive hands-on training in a classroom with a certified instructor. This option provides the best of both worlds – flexible lecture study, shorter class time, high-quality learning with Canadian Red Cross instructors, and WSIB-approved certification with a validity of three years.

Our Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED course covers the skills needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to circulation emergencies for adults, as well as airway and breathing emergencies. It also covers disease transmission prevention. Available in two levels, the length and training format varies.

This 16-hour Standard First Aid and CPR/AED course is designed to equip individuals with the necessary first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills required for work or to respond effectively to emergencies at home. The course covers a wide range of topics, from basic skills that include circulation and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission, to more detailed topics such as sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine. The teaching time varies depending on the level of the course, with Standard First Aid CPR/AED level A and Standard First Aid CPR/AED level C being the available levels.

Our Emergency Child Care First Aid is a one-day course that covers first aid and CPR skills for childhood injuries and illnesses, including circulation emergencies for babies and children (CPR level B). It’s designed for those in early childhood education and parents/caregivers, follows Canadian Red Cross guidelines, and provides a WSIB-approved certificate valid for three years.

Our Child Care First Aid course covers CPR and first aid skills with a focus on childhood injuries and illnesses. It’s a 2-day course that teaches basic and in-depth topics, from prevention of disease transmission to sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine. Designed for those in early childhood education or anyone who wants to learn more, the course follows Canadian Red Cross guidelines and provides a WSIB-approved certificate.
